This strongly suggests a non-standard kernel setup. flash-kernel uses
"linux-version list" to determine available kernel versions; if your
kernel installation is not listed by "linux-version list", then flash-
kernel will fail. Could you confirm if this is still an issue, and
whether your kernel version appears in the output of "linux-version
list"?
