This is a warning from the Netplan side, which should not affect
functionality.

The permissions (chmod) on /etc/netplan/01-netcfg.yaml should match
0o600 and subiquity might not be using the most restrictive permissions
here, yet.

So you can run somethink like this as a workaround:
$ sudo chmod 600 /etc/netplan/01-netcfg.yaml

Let's re-assign to subiquity to double-check that.

** Also affects: subiquity (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New

** Changed in: netplan.io (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

** Changed in: netplan.io (Ubuntu)
       Status: Invalid => Won't Fix
