Does this need to be merged?
- The only useful Ubuntu delta is the ACPI patch and that is included in Debian in 38-2.
- The LTO patch is unnecessary at this point, I did a PPA testbuild on all arches and it builds just fine for me now. (see 38-2 and 38-2build1 (for risc-v) in ~mkukri/dev))
