[Bug 2045304] [NEW] It's impossible to upgrade my ubuntu version 23.04 to the new one

Public bug reported:

I don't if this is a real bug but it' impossible to upgrade from
Lunar(23.04) to Mantic (23.10). I solved some issues related to the
external repositories but it isn't enough. I have the same error when
upgrader calculate "something".

I have a double S.O. in my laptop for my work and studies, otherwise I'd
still erase the hd to install directly a new, fresh version of Ubuntu
Mate.
