[Bug 2038344] [NEW] Tried to update from 20.04 to 22.04

Public bug reported:

It is impossible to parse apt.log, the information there is useless.
I would manually fix my broken packages if I know them... but I do not know which package is broken. There are 100+ broken packages according to apt.log -- but this is insane, I have a working machine. There must be packages I installed from other PPAs which cause the problem but it is impossible to track which.
