Title:
Network interface names are truncated at install 22.04.3 LTS server

Status in subiquity:
  New
Status in subiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In Ubuntu server 22.04.3, network interface names ens\<x\>f\<y\>np\<z\> are truncated to ens\<x\>f\<y\> when detected by the installer, which is problematic: netplan refers to the full name ens<x>f<y> and when rebooting the network will not lift up. Nonetheless dhclient succeeds to lift up. This is fixed when putting in the netplan configuration file the full network interface name ens\<x\>f\<y\>np\<z\> and rebooting.
Applying the linux-generic-hwe-22.04 to a 22.04 has the same effect.
