This should be release noted and / or if the FDE install method is not
available as an option then there should be an explanation about why FDE
is not available.

Bug description:
  It is not possible to install third-party drivers with the TPM FDE
  option (deb vs snap kernel)

  When the user selects third-party drivers, the TPM option must not be
  available.
