libevent is fixed in Debian experimental, I've opened the MP
https://code.launchpad.net/~zhsj/ubuntu/+source/libevent/+git/libevent/+merge/451102

Meanwhile after reading the discussion on the corresponding Debian bug,
I believe there's no need to add the Breaks for libevent.
