ubiquity has been fixed and I have confirmed that this fixes the
germinate output. https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/germinate-
output/ubuntu-unity.mantic/live

The chain here for getting this actually fixed in images is:

- ubiquity with fixed deps is published to mantic release pocket
  \-> germinate runs on ftp-master and Task fields are updated as part of the next publisher cycle
      \-> daily image build that picks up the corrected Task fields

Bug description:
  Attempting to install Ubuntu Unity Daily Build 23.10. Install fails
  during grub write to sda failing.

  
  Received error dialog titled:

  Bootloader installed failed

  Options to either 
  a) select another drive sda 
  b) continue without bootloader
  c) cancel installation

  I also encountered this same error on UbuntuStudio 23.10 Daily.
