[Bug 2036798] [NEW] grub (dev ver from 23.10) doesnt load Win Boot manager properly

Grub loads Windows Boot Manager, but WBM fails to verify the digital signature.

Windows loads fine, if i go into boot menu, and boot from there, so not
a problem with WBM
