[Bug 2037068] [NEW] Last several kernel upgrades all lead to unbootable kernels and I have to fix by booting n-1 kernel and running "sudo apt-get install linux-headers-6.2.0-33-generic" or whatever nth is manually.

I think something is failing in the kernel upgrades and this leads to
broken installs.

I now know how to fix but many will find unbootable machines unsettling.
