  Hi,

  here is the problem:

  $ install-docs --verbose --check /usr/share/doc-base/git-doc.git-index-format 
  Warning in `/usr/share/doc-base/git-doc.git-index-format', line 9: file mask `/usr/share/doc/git-doc/technical/index-format.txt' does not match any files.
  Error in `/usr/share/doc-base/git-doc.git-index-format', line 9: all `Format' sections are invalid.
