[Bug 2037226] [NEW] My ubuntu os doesn't want to update nor upgrade and it doesn't want to upgrade its version from 22.10 to 23.04 at all

I have been trying to update and upgrade my system which is using an ubuntu version 22.10 and it always gives me error like this;

So, I tried upgrading it to 23.04 version in the ubuntu os. I tried by using the application "Software Updater", after it tried to upgrade once, it stopped and didn't work again, so I tried using terminal;
