  late-commands in focal iso may fail with symbol errors

  In Progress

Bug description:
  Using the attached cloud-config, subiquity when run from the 20.04.6
  iso will fail in late commands.

  Adjusting the curl command to run like "env -i curl ..." works.

  Late and Early commands must be run with a clean environment.
