Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

New upstream version adds support for the Raspberry Pi 5.

[ Test Plan ]

* Enable -proposed
* Update linux-firmware-raspi packge
* Reboot and ensure boot, wifi, and bluetooth all still operate as expected

[ Regression Potential ]

Very low; we've already been testing this quietly for several months on
both old models and a pre-release Pi 5 without issue. Furthermore a lot
of the changes aren't really changes (e.g. the wifi firmware purports to
be a new release, but the blobs are actually the same -- the symlinks
are just updated), and there's no change in the bluetooth firmware.

** Affects: linux-firmware-raspi (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Fix Released

** Changed in: linux-firmware-raspi (Ubuntu)
    Milestone: None => ubuntu-23.10
