Edit: Correction, Encryption *is* available on the NN Beta. The password
boxes do not appear until you click Encrypt System just above the
Current disk layout bar chart.

Bug description:
  On Kubuntu 17.04 and 18.04 RC, testing LVM Encryption, I noticed there
  were two fields where you enter matching LVM encryption passwords. But
  the fields have no labels on them.
