  Unable to install boot loader

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  No matter where I try to install the bootloader, the installation tool
  simply refuses. I have Windows installed on sda and I'm attempting to
  install Ubuntu 22.04 on sdb.
