Bug description:
  libheif needs to pull in minimal set of dependencies for inclusion in
  main. Downgrade the libheif-plugin-x265 Recommends to a Suggests

  libheif is required by libgd2 HEIF files. This will enable viewing of
  photos from iPhone and other modern smartphones with HEIF format on
