Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd
  No LSB modules are available.
  Description:	Ubuntu Noble Numbat (development branch)
  Release:	24.04

  2) apt-cache policy update-manager
  update-manager:
