Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  not sure if this is different from my other bug but the automatic
  error reporter is trying to do this every time I use update manager
  now

  1) $ lsb_release -rd
  No LSB modules are available.
  Description:	Ubuntu Noble Numbat (development branch)

  2) $ apt-cache policy update-manager
  update-manager:
