[Bug 2062952] [NEW] btrfs not creating separate root and home subvolumes in Ubuntu Server

I'm using Ubuntu Noble beta image, and it doesn't create btrfs
subvolumes by default which is really annoying.

I know older versions of Ubuntu desktop did it, but was shocked to
realize subvolumes weren't created by default.
