  Update ubuntu-classic-2404-amd64.model definition

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

  * The ubuntu project hook 020-ubuntu-enhanced-sb.binary contains a
  copy of the ubuntu-classic-YYMM-amd64 model assertion to use during
  builds. This model assertion was updated in [1] and requires a manual
  update of the copy in livecd-rootfs.

  [ Test Plan ]

  * build the ubuntu-desktop image and ensure the updates snaps are
  properly seeded into the build.

  [ Where Problems Could Occur ]

  * Currently the only image which relies on this hook is ubuntu-desktop
  amd64 for Noble and Oracular. An incorrect model assertion may cause
  image builds for this particular project to fail, but no other image
  builds will be affected.
