  dpkg -l|grep -e ubuntu-adva -e ubuntu-pro

and paste the output here?

I think you are missing the ubuntu-pro-client package. So you could open a
terminal and enter

  sudo apt install ubuntu-pro-client

(answer "yes" to the prompt).
