Why?

You have installed Pipewire from a PPA in a much newer version than
24.04 has:

    MarkKeep libspa-0.2-modules:amd64 < 1.2.3-1~22.04.sav0 @ii gR > FU=0


You may be able to downgrade pipewire packages using:

 apt install '?source-package(^pipewire$)/jammy-updates'
 apt install '?source-package(^pipewire$)=0.3.48-1ubuntu3'

and then upgrade
