Public bug reported:

When I select settings, it comes up with the blue-tooth tab and I cannot
select any thing else. There is a rotating icon on the right side in
the same row as the Devices. I just upgraded to 24.04.1. I can click on
the System tab, but nothing happens. I can not select any tab in the
Settings. I am running on a Lenovo T520 laptop. It is an Intel Core i5
vPro. There were two errors when I was upgrading, but I can not tell
you what they were.
