[Bug 2078539] [NEW] Software updater stops. reset computer will not help. Software updater hangs when collecting updates after running it once. when trying to install 24-04.2 error message "can not install package" then aborts . Reset and restart software updater hangs or disolay error messages.

In running software updater in 22.04 trying to update to 24.04.1

1 time run. Collect information works fine starting to download files and start to install.
Breaks saying package can not be updated please report this bug in popup window.

I reset computer try to restart Software updater and get message that software updater can not run/load.
Choose Abort.

Tried cold start. Same result.

Waited a while and ran software updater again.

It started and got to downloading files. Popup window appears saying Not
all updates can be installed.

Cold depend in aborted install
Unofficial packages not from Ubuntu

Got a popup window saying  to do "partial update, continue and settings"
boxes in that window.

So how to update to 24.04.1 ?
