 Pakiet 'postgresql-10' jest oznaczony do usunięcia, ale znajduje się na
liście odmowy usunięcia.

To prevent data loss, postgresql packages are not removed automatically
during the upgrade. If you are certain you no longer need postgresql-10,
you can manually remove it and try the upgrade again.

Jeśli żadne z powyższych nie ma zastosowania, proszę zgłosić ten błąd za
pomocą polecenia „ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core” w terminalu.
