I'm still waiting for the removal to be complete before triggering a no-
change-rebuild of packagekit:
$ rmadison apt | grep noble

Bug description:
The noble update picked up those dependencies on armhf due to t64
mangling changes in the C++ symbols, and is now uninstallable.
