This bug was fixed in the package pkgbinarymangler - 156

pkgbinarymangler (156) plucky; urgency=medium

  * Remove handling and tests for /usr/share/doc/$PKG/buildinfo.gz files as
    dh-buildinfo is now a noop.
  * Do not depend on or invoke dh-buildinfo in test package.

Status in pkgbinarymangler package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Trying to use dh_translations on a local Oracular build of wireplumber
  is giving me this error

  dh_translations
  dh_translations: warning: more than one build.ninja file found, don't know which one to use

  checking in the pckage builddir

  $ find . -name build.ninja
  ./obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/meson-private/__CMake_compiler_info__/build.ninja
  ./obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/build.ninja

  It seems to not be a problem on the launchpad build at the moment,
  unsure why it's behaving differently there, but it seems ignoring the
  meson-private dir makes sense
