  HTTP/2 not well supported in libcurl4 8.5.0

Status in curl package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  We use libcurl for PKCE purposes on Ubuntu 24.04 with libcurl4 8.5.0.
  By default it uses HTTP/2 but this returns errors about an invalid
  request until we set curl options to only use HTTP 1.1. This issue has
  been fixed by curl 8.10.0.
