Upgrading to 24.04 made chrome become usafe to use- no updates
comming. Upgrade removed apps. Needed to reinstall them. Chrome still
not updating- additionally has source file tampered, not to upgrade.
Here will be 7. steps of identifying problem
Additionally in step 6. basic user wants to update without assistance, but cant install himself because of bug #2092245
1. In 2024 august 30 was safe to upgrade to 24.04

5. so since today i had old chrome from 1. september

ii google-chrome-stable 128.0.6613.113-1 amd64 The web browser from Google
6. How did i noticed i dont have chrome? I dont know- it gives INFO:
a. On chrome start Popup Cant update Chrome. ONLY HERE clicking Reinstall chrome opens Chrome download page and i and usual users have downloaded 100x already but cant install because of next bug #2092245
b. FINISH UPDATE next to Profile info
c. on clicking B. finish update- opens menu with info "Chrome is out of date"
7.. So this is last time ive installed chrome on 1. september so it
became unsafe to use for all people. Next day after upgrade i see i
dont have chrome so i installed it again.

8. OH, my. Turns out most apps have been disabled with Enabled: no and even after reinstalling them they still have kept them that way Disabled.
Reinstalling is not fixing that.
