Ubiquity is no longer the default installer for modern day Ubuntu so I'm
removing the Paper Cuts task.

Bug description:
  I'm installing Ubuntu 15.04 desktop today, a dialog pops up notifying
  me if I want to force UEFI install. I took a closer look, and realized
  that the installer is saying I'm installing Debian.
