rust-cargo-c needs to be merged again for the rust-object 0.36
transition. Please see LP: #2092542 when doing the merge.

Bug description:
  libgit2 is stuck in proposed-migration, being a "candidate" for 11
  days already.

  This is probably due to missing rebuilds for the "auto-libgit2"
  transition.
