Do we have a desired entry for this board? I'm guessing it'll be
something like:

Machine: Milk-V Mars V???
Kernel-Flavors: any
DTB-ID: ???
Boot-Script-Path: /boot/boot.scr
U-Boot-Script-Name: bootscr.uboot-generic
Required-Packages: u-boot-tools

Just need the ??? bits filled in. I've got a couple of other patches
pending for flash-kernel, and if these can be filled out quickly I could
upload them all together. If we're still waiting for confirmation on
things though, not to worry, it shouldn't be difficult to add the entry
later.
