[Bug 2055200] [NEW] tests-in-lxd is broken on Jammy with latest autopkgtest version

With autopkgtest 5.32 being SRU'd to Jammy[1], `tests-in-lxd` breaks
because it can't patch `autopkgtest-build-lxd` anymore.

Please find a debdiff attached to fix that issue.
