@nazar-pc Support is only lacking in GRUB2, this is on purpose to avoid
enlarging the Secure Boot attack surface, Ubuntu kernels can still
access LUKS2 containers.

Bug description:
  My understanding is that GRUB 2.12~rc1 in Ubuntu 23.10 should support
  Argon2 for LUKS2, but it doesn't for some reason. Maybe needs to be
  enabled during compilation?
