Public bug reported:

I encountered a bug in glibc fork handlers mechanism, this bug was
originally detected, reproduced and fixed in the RedHat glibc library :
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1888660

In this bug, running the same preproduction snippet code from Rhel 8
Glibc bug, reproduces the deadlock seen in the original bug.

Seen on Ubuntu 22.04 on GLIBC 2.35
Also seen on Ubuntu 20.04 GLIBC 2.31

** Affects: glibc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
