** Description changed:

Ubiquity doesnt ask how big swap partition i need, not matching ram size
or even more maybe for hibernation

Should make calculations for needed swap size
  Example
In installation process need to check ram size and give half ram size
If want to use hibernation make button to click need space for hibernation make additional ram size add to swap space calculation formula, explanation what is hibernation= for saving state of current open apps.

- This is bug because
+ This is bug because
1 installs now dont make swap files
2 it takes a pro to make changes in system- wasted money and time
3 installers now make swap partitions not swap files
4 doing conventional swap file increase tutorials doing swapoff -a makes swap partition not beeing used since next commands are for creating swapfile and mounting not all swap`s but in case of swap partition systems in tutorial not mentioned makiing swapfile only new swapfile from tutorial is added.
