You have filed this bug against ubiquity, which is the installer
package.  Are you seeing this when booted into a live installer
environment?  If not, why did you file the bug report against this
package?

The actual message sounds like the message that will be displayed if a
machine that's not plugged in to a power supply has a critically low
battery.

But it could also be caused by something else requesting a shut down or
reboot of the system.

The only thing of note here is that there doesn't seem to be a mention
of a low battery, but that wouldn't necessarily appear in this log
anyway.

  Completely random, since a last system update, the message that the PC
  will shut down in 20 seconds appears.

  I can close the message with Cancel.
