[Bug 2051338] [NEW] Subiquity cannot pick a storage and install with IMSM firmware RAID

Public bug reported:

We encountered a situation the when IMSM is enabled, with autoinstall to
automatically pick a partition to install, it would fail to pick the
correct storage to install to and failed to install.

Using Ubuntu Server it could pick and install into the virtual RAID
device manually

To reduce possible error scope, the test was under ubuntu server noble daily build (20240125). Log attached with the following:
/var/log/installer
journalctl log
autoinstall.yaml
