[Bug 2071890] [NEW] mtr --report crashes with buffer overflow

mtr crashes with "*** buffer overflow detected ***: terminated" when
using any report mode switch: -r, --report, or --report-wide

Impacts both amd64 and arm64 equally.

Issue appears to already be fixed upstream:
