Looking at your enabled repositories, you have an unsupported external
Docker repository (likely the official one from Docker themselves)
enabled. We do not support that, and that's likely interfering with the
upgrade process as the root of the problem appears to be package
interference in package versions, namely Python.

You might try purging that repository somehow and trying again, or doing
a clean install.
