Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and contributing to
Ubuntu. hooks/compcache is not part of initramfs-tools any more since
Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy). I am closing this bug. Feel free to refresh your
patch and open the bug again in case it is still relevant.
