Public bug reported:

user1 10.19.2.1 Fri16 3:05m 0.00s 0.08s sshd: user1 [priv]
user1 10.19.2.22 07:17 3:05m 0.00s 0.02s sshd: user2 [priv]
user3 10.19.2.103 14:25 3:05m 0.00s 0.01s sshd: user3 [priv]
user4 10.19.3.35 15:41 3:05m 0.00s ? sshd: user4 [priv]
user5 10.19.2.71 16:19 3:05m 0.00s ? sshd: user5 [priv]

Notice that all have identical idle times, which is the bug. Idle times
should be very different between users.

This appears to be only on 24.04LTS, previous versions do no do this ie:
20.04, 22.04, 23.10.
