Maybe needs update for smbios handling

Bug description:
Currently this package generates /boot/grub/gfxblacklist.txt which is
processed with hwmatch which is only available on grub-pc platform and
  not on the uefi platform.

on uefi platform we instead have smbios command.

Can we update grub-gfxpayload-lists & grub to generate something using
smbios command instead? Or at the very least the calls to hwmatch
should be guarded and done on grub pc platform only.

Also do we still need this package? I am not too sure if the vendors
in question are still relevant hardware.

This also currently generates ugly messages during every boot of every
ubuntu release stating that `hwmatch command is not available`.
