  in the oracular release pocket?

  lib32z1
  lib32z1-dev
  libc6-s390
  libc6-dev-s390
  oaklisp

  
  We have removed the support for 32-bit binaries on s390x (see bug 2067350), and these leftovers are preventing glibc from migrating.
