Public bug reported:

Upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS. After which if Laptop gets auto-locked
then Keyboard Keys dont work. Unable to even type Password. Only
solution noticed is: Using Virtual Keyboard to type password and logging
in. Keyboard still does not work at this stage. Do a restart. Post
restart Laptop inbuilt keyboard works and able to key in password and
use Keyboard after logging in.
