  on reboot message stays on screen with spinning wheel "Progress 80.0%
  (python3-idna)"

  I restarted my lenovo laptop it came up with this message in the
  center of the screen

  Every few seconds it flashes Unattended-upgade in progress
  ??????????????don't turn machine off
