You can re-build the current GRUB2 package multiple times. Re-
bootstrapping does change tarball files indeed, but there is not much we
can do about that.

Bug description:
  Running debuild a second time results in errors with changes that can
  not be represented, apparently due to the build process modifying
  upstream files and debian/rules does not restore the package to a
  pristine state.
