  UEFI tftp configuration lookup

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
  Grub2 UEFI lookup for grub.cfg in the grub folder, it should also consider grub2 folder.
  In addition, special environment variables (like $net_pxe_mac and $net_default_mac) doesn't seem to be well interpreted in this configuration.
